Occasionally I wake early, sometimes even before the sun’s up, and take the single speed (recommended and built by the great On Your Left Cycles crew) for a pleasant morning ride. My route’s not too ambitious, nor does it traverse a challenging, adventurous path. Instead, these morning rides are typically tame, simple suburban affairs.
But, such routines can surprise you, as occurred this weekend. A heavy morning fog limited visibility and presented multiple opportunities for intriguing photographs, including this hastily shot image of the local YMCA baseball field.
